Bad service

Very bad service my fiance and I received at Ocean basket in Gateway... Firstly we had to wait to be seated, all the sits were dirty, then we got the table after 10 mins of waiting, they took their sweet time to get us some service.. We placed our orders then had to wait for an hour to get our food, so we asked that they make a takeaway since we've been waiting for too long, I had already lost my appetite.. The management never did bother to come and apologize to us or explain why we had to wait for a good hour to get our food... I would definitely not recommend that place
