Bad quality food and worse customer service.

<p>We had a meal at the Ocean Basket Brooks at the beachfront in Port Elizabeth on 13 July. Ordered a couple of meals with calamari as part of it. We called the manager half way in an explained the calamari is terrible and his response was "we know, the waiter should have told you when you placed your order"</p> <p> </p> <p>I called the customer care number twice since then and have not received any feedback, or a simple apology. </p>
