Bad Ocean Basket experience

Had the worst meal ever from an Ocean Basket at Table bay , went there on Friday lunchtime with some friends to celebrate my birthday.Fish was like rubber and I ordered Cajun style, and a top up of 5 prawns,uneatable! One of the companions ordered calamari,, could not eat,so dry and she said hard! Called manager and ordered something else, manager did not seem overly concerned or interested.Whole experience extremely disappointed.This has not been my personal experience at other Ocean Basket s.TableBay leaving alot to be disired.And first time eating out since pandemic,and left also a tad concerned if they are following protocols?!
