Bad hygiene/bad service/wrong food potions

Very unfriendly waiter, he seemed very reluctant or tired to serve us<br> The water had a rotten slice of lemon<br> Cutlery was dirty<br> The pan was dirty<br> The green chilli looked off/ changed color<br> Waiter never came to our table to check if all was fine until a couple that was sitting next to us left due to dirty side plates<br> The food was tasteless and not fresh<br> I felt sick soon after leaving the restaurant<br> <br>
