bad hygiene at Ocean Basket

Received the worst service at Ocean Basket. Waited to be served only to get a dirty table! Tried paying for the meal but refused to enter the waiters station as it had an open dirt bin (inside the restaurant) and contained numerous dirty dishes. <br> <br> Got served Albany white and brown bread(see pic) on arrival as opposed to the signature breads of Ocean Basket?<br> <br> The manager, President, tried to placate us but was doing this while standing in front of a counter top. Stained with soy sauce and food?<br> <br> Service and product offering was atrocious
