Bad food quality - Ocean Basket - Windmill Casino

<p>This is not the first, or the second time that I was deeply disappointed with the quality of my order at Ocean Basket at the Wind Mill Casino in Bloemfontein, my home town. The prawns were rubbery and over cooked and the fish was bad all over, the dough was fine but the fish on the inside was still raw.</p>
