Bad food bad service

On the 7th around 4 my friend and i went to have some late lunch in this restaurant South gate mall, we ordered sushi as a starter followed by a platter for main course....we also ordered coke as they don't sell ciders... coke 300ml came as hot as coffee it was all over the table immediately after opening it I then told our waitresses that I will never have a coffee coke she the called the manager the guy explained something about the straw of which it was just an excuse. He proceeded by saying I'm sorry I'll void it out of your bill and I'll give you a free drink but the Bill came out R514+ tip R70 sushi + Platter for 2 R399+ R25 coke why was the Bill R514 food was a disaster food was very bad I'm sorry to say we want our money and that R30 tip I gave it to the waitrey
