To the Owner/Manager<br> Ocean Basket - Northgate<br> <br> On Saturday 03/10/2015 it was my distinct displeasure to order a meal at your establishment. All went satisfactory and well until I started consuming my prawns. <br> <br> I appeared as if some beige/light brown insect of some sort ( I can only imagine it being a parasite of some sort) started moving about in my prawns.<br> <br> I immediately summoned my server who at first inspected the offending creature in my food and then simply commented, aw, well it's such a little thing, does it really matter? Upon my further protest this waiter (Sihle Ngwenya) had then had the audacity to ask me if it is because I can't afford to pay my bill.<br> <br> I have never in my life been treated this way and felt so insulted. I am most certainly capable of paying my own bills and I work hard to maintain the lifestyle I feel I deserved. To have my character, intellect and integrity discredited in such a way is to say the least unacceptable, unprofessional and rude.<br> <br> The matter was brought to the attention of the manager (Sobala Ndlovu who insisted that I not pay for the meal after all the commotion but at this stage I was so insulted and refused to accept the uneaten
