Bad fish. NOT SNOEK.

I placed an order and did not receive the goods I paid for.

I ordered 3x OB specials. The manager said it was snoek when I phoned. BUT I KNOW Snoek is a salty fish and this was not as snoek tasts. Our fish even had its fins on!! Cant ocean basket have just cut it off and made it more tasteful. I have never ever got the fish like this when I went to eat at the restaurant.

I am sorry, I phoned Ocean basket Sunward park and the manager had the rude or disrespectful behaviour of even telling me its the fish bones!! What type of Snoek has this type of bones??? Snoek has different bones.

The calamari was very nice as well as the chips. But the smell on our hands and the food was disgusting. I placed an order for delivery and then had to drive ALL THE way to give them that food back. The manager still thought he could tell me, I can take that nonsense home! REALLY!!

I would like the money back of the fish as I gave them the awefull fish back. They can eat it!

Then as well we placed an order of 2x extra creamy garlic sauce 3x extra creamy lemon sauce

But we only received 1 garlic and 1 lemon extra.

Please help in this regards.
