Bad experience, very bad management, very bad undercooked seafood

I ordered platter for one at ocean basket ninapark and as I was about to eat, the food was undercooked. Everything in that box was just raw. I phoned the store and complained.... decided to drive back so they can see for themselves. When I got there, some guy claiming he’s a manager took the food and called the chef, chef himself had a stinking attitude, he even went on and said it’s not like the food is undercooked I should have just said I want my money. First of all why would I waste so much time and go back to the shop if their food was proper?The so called manager stood there num as hell and said absolutely nothing. Secondly why are the chefs talking while cooking for customers, why are they not wearing any caps on their heads while cooking? Maybe them talking too much like that, makes them not to concentrate and serve raw food.
