Bad experience from start to finish

Today (14/03/2017) is my birthday, and of all places I could have chosen, i chose Ocean basket Glen Garry, as i have always received excellent food of high quality, but never been to the Glen Garry store.... We arrived to have dinner for my birthday, needless to say 30mins later we havnt received our bread/starters yet, i requested for it, and nothing....requested a second time....and still nothing. i then gave up on the bread. We oredered food & wine, the food came, 5 mins later we were still waiting for forks & knifes (null on the table) no serviettes / no sauces. Whilst waiting we heard 2 other tables complaining about the food being dry and wanted more sauce, the one table got their food back and was still dry without sauce. We eventually got the cutlary and sauces....still no starter or bread (at this point i didnt even ask anymore) i gave the store the benefit of the doubt, and expected the food to be good.....IT WAS SO DRY. i nearly sufficated in the fish & prawns. the chips was barely edible. i am not one to complain but seriously guys.....this is bad! I couldnt finish the food as it was a mission getting it down..... we then requested the bill.....waited....waited....waited....waited! whilst i am waiting i started counting out of boredom....8 waiters standing at the door laughing & chatting while i am waiting for my bill and other tables are dirty and not being served!!! The manager is right by them on the PC while the brach is falling apart, laughing with their jokes....needless to say i did not even raise my concerns as the manager did not even acknowledge or thanked me when i payed and merely ignored me. Thanks Ocean Basket Glen Garry for messing up my BDAY, so many places to chose from...i chose you. Thank you for making me not want to remember this evening. OH & how can i forget, after i paid, my slip was thrown on the counter, told "cheers" and walked away....i had to pick my slip from the floor and walk out, open the door for my fiance as 8 waiters was standing there WITH the manager looking at me goig after the slip and NOT ONE PERSON WOULD EVEN OPEN THE DOOR FOR MY FIANCE! HOW ****** SHOCKING! And this is not a complaint to get a voucher or something, just for you to give the staff some traingin!!!!!! i dont need anyvoucher, because believe me i will not put myself through such a situation AGAIN....just ensure the next person is not as disgusted at me! Thank you
