Bad experience at Ocean Basket Hartenbos

Good morning.

On Saturday the 25 January me and my husband went to Ocean Basket in Hartenbos. I am so disappointed in the service we got. first of all did the waiter got my drink wrong, then my starter sushi was wrong. 3rd of all did she bring my main order wrong. Platter for two with no rice. I live for the rice, you can take my fish but not my rice. After a long while sitting outside no-one assisting us further we decided to go to the till and pay. We still wanted dessert but no assistance at all. We complaint but the manager did not take it up correct, just saying its new waiters.

I always talk high of this restaurant but after Saturdays experience I don't think they would see me again, I could not believe it.
