Bad customer service

<p>I bought a family platter from the ocean basket in Richard's Bay and twice now the hakes were either short of the initial number displayed on their menu or 3 of them were the average size and the other 4 were half the size of the 3. I make an enquiry about that to the waiter and was told that this is how the serve their platters, apparently its according to some weighing system they use. Yesterday i went back to buy another platter and this time the 7 hakes were all the same size, but instead of getting my order of chips with my order, they put rice which i had told them i did not want. It was only when i got home that i realised that they had put half rice and half chips. I guess Ocean Basket Basket has lowered their standards, i am very uunhappy. I expect quality food to go hand-in-hand with their high prices</p>
