Bad Customer Experience

I was looking forward to my favorite meal,the crusted kingklip,after waiting for about 40mins,I'm then told the ingredients are not available to make my order. Didn't they know that the first 10mins I got there? I opted for what the waiter offered, a medditeranean sauce instead. I reluctantly obliged, only to wait for another 20mins and still no food. My sister who had also ordered a meal, was on the brink of leaving the restaurant. The manager came and went,never to be seen again.He wasnt even interested in what we had to say.wow, what a disappointment. Is this a reflection of the level of service we should expect from OB? I'm not coming back anytime soon, sorry.

Food wasn't even appetising:( I just ate the chips,goodness me! Next time I'll pay more money and eat seafood at Fireroom because I know the service is top tier and they actually CARE about their customers and their restaurant reputation.
