Bad bad bad service experience

On the 02/11/2019 me and my friends visited Ocean Basket Brits Mall and we sat down at the outside tables while waiting for a waiter/waitress to come serve us or take our orders but no one came until I saw one of the waiters and waved at him so he can attend to us,he looked at us and said he is coming using sign language but he never did instead he kept on looking at the parking lot while talking to one of his colleagues and ignored us. I then told my friends that we can't be sitting in a place where we are not welcomed and asked them to leave as we can go to a restaurant next door. I was so disgusted about the treatment that I even told the 2 guys at the door on my way out that I might as well leave as we are not welcome to their store. I will NEVER visit Ocean Basket Brits Mall in my life. I am so disappointed with the treatment I got and being a regular such is not acceptable.
