bad attitude from manager

Went to ocean basket in cradlestone mall, sat by the tables to be served for over 10 minutes and no one attended to us. Spoke to the managet there and he said he will send us over a waiter, waited again and still did not send us a waiter. As we stood up and told him he told us right on our faces that there is nothing he could do.
