bad attitude and poor food

I dont know if it my imagination or what but i have never felt so uncomfortable and had such bad service .<br> Does ****** still exist . My money is the same as everyone else. <br> Firstly my husband asked if they could check the soccer score , the manager says no the owner does not watch the sport .than half drink did not come and when we asked about it it was ignored . <br> Then we waited about 1/2 hour from starter to main when the food arrived it was ice cold and again when we mentioned it we were ignored . then bill got put on table and we had to again wait until they were ready. <br> Most annoying is there where only 2 other tables .<br> What do i do because i would like my money back help
