Bad attitude and disappointing manager

My husband and I went to Ocean Basket on 15/09/2015. A waitress by the name of Evidence was extremely rude to us. Firstly she didn't greet us when serving us (I mean really!!) and she didn't speak to us. She just gave us our platter at our table (Table 31) and left. We complained to the manager, Gerald. He asked her to apologize and I didn't feel the apology. Even during the apology she just had a bad attitude. What I found even more disappointing was Gerald (the manager) saying \Evidence is not usually like this". And that was it. I found him useless as a manager. Ya'll need some serious training! I don't see myself going to Ocean Basket ever again. Especially the one at Zewenwacht Mall"
