Bad attitude

Sat next to a window, which we opened, as it was extremely hot. Along came Raymond, the Manager with a BAD attitude, requesting us to close all windows immediately, as the a/c is running. We (all the tables around us) were trying to explain to him that we cannot feel it and it is most uncomfortable to eat like that. He threatened to call the police when a patron said that his family would then rather leave. It almost turned out very nasty and I felt quite ashamed as I took visitors from the Free State to that branch specifically for the view. Please send Raymond on a customer services course!
