Bad and poor service no value for money

This really pains my heart to write because I love Ocean Basket and I went there with my daughter this is the Ocean Basket in rivonia and we’re eating there’s a lady that come and asks for leftover food but instead I bought her her own meal with would be the one for R99 with a soda and they serving her the food l see that the hake is not included I immediately go to the waiter and tell him , he goes and checks the lady’s plate then he comes back with some silly excuse and the guys from the kitchen insist that they put the hake but they didn’t the manager approaches me and still there was no solution to this l don’t know if they did because the lady l bought food for couldn’t speak for herself and it pains my heart to have paid a full amount then receive totally bad service
