Awful overcooked Food and Terrible Service

Went to Ocean Basket in Sea Point for lunch , was the most terrible experience EVER ! My friend and I ordered the Fushion Crunch Sushi platter and the Platter For 2 which we thought would be just great for the two of us. The sushi arrived first and wasnt exactly what was expected, the sushi was tasteless but we ate it as we didnt want to come come across as being "nagpots". Then the platter arrived but geez! the calamari tubes was so overdone it was as chewy as bubblegum , fish as well as the prawns was overdone and not enjoyable at all as was the rice , overcooked and tasteless , in other words our "lunch" was so unappetising that we lost our appetites .The manager asked if we are enjoying and we told him about the unappetising food that was served. He then apologised and brought a portion of calamari strips which we didnt even bothered to eat nor taste. That horrible meal left us R569 .00 poorer , my friend was so cheesed off she didnt even feel like tipping the server as he didnt even think to bring a "spare plate" for the prawn shells , luckily we didnt eat it as we rather went to buy each of us a pie for lunch. I will NEVER EVER visit that Ocean Basket restaurant again. The food along with the service was not what Im used to getting at other Ocean Basket restaurant when I visit.
