@shamona:newcastle oceans basket seriously has no customer skills and their food is not worth the money and not up to sguystandards. I was there yesterday and I bought the R145 special however when our food came the prawns was like rubber, the calamari had full oil inside it sadly the manager was right behind us and he could see me squeezing the oil out and showing my husband but he did ntn he said ntn as well the waitress only left our food after and hour and a half of ordering and was never to be seen after that we waited for the bill no1 came until we had to go to the counter and ask for it. the waitress had an attitude and no customer service what so ever. I was really disappointed and will honestly not want to ever visit again. Waste of time and money if I could rate a negative or 0 I would have. Really unsatisfied
