Assaulted by Flying Cutlery..
We were seated at the lower level in the corner next to the staircase and cutlery was falling from the upper level onto our table and a knife hit my mother... to which the manager Chico came to apologize but when my mother said that the knife hit her on her spine he almost couldn't hold back his laughter and said his sorry with a huge grin on his face as if being hit with cutlery is a joke. We also complained to the waiter that the sauce on our platter was far too salty which resulted in us wasting half the platter we wasted so much of it infact the waiter asked if we want a take away. Needless to say we will not go there again. Staff negligence of dropping cutlery from a 2nd story is considered a laughing matter and mediocre salty food is what is offered. Appalling experiance. Please train your managers with more emotional intelligence as when a customer is upset by an incident due your staffs negligence it should be handled with much more care and compassion and not a joke.
