Arrogant manager@ ocean basket Irene

I went have supper with my wife and son at Ocean Basket Irene today. We had great service from the waiter. While waiting for the food I asked the waiter to change to SS3 for the Manchester vs Asenal live match. The poor waiter started avoiding me after he requested his manager to change the channel as no body was watching the cricket highlights. I asked the waiter to call the manager and he shouted at his staff. I could hear him saying to our waiter "I busy I don't have time for them". It really disappointed me to see an arrogant manager abuse his staff like that just because I asked him to switch channels. I'm a local to that area and I enjoy eating put with my family but I hate being treated like that. I went there to spend money and enjoy food...not to see a white guy push his wait around like that. It was really embarasing for white people that where there. I'm not sure if this will help but I wish a business like that should show respect to everybody equally.
