arrogance of manager and unpleasent meal

My husband and i feel disappointed as this was the first time we ate at this establishment . Disappointed and disgusted with our food as our main meal arrived we had ordered a side dish of spinach and butternnut when the order was taken initially. The side order only came half way through the meal. It was in the same dish but the butternut was piping hot but the spinach was iced cold like it was just taken out the fridge.we told the waiter about the problem he then goes not apologizing for the mistake and come back 10 minutes later. Yes the buttnernut and spinach was hot ,but eating it slowly we have noticed that it was so sour that it made my stomach turn. And i couldn't even eat my meal. 2 minutes later i felt water hitting me but we are sitting INSIDE THE RESTAURANT . The roof started leaking and i got soaking wet. I then requested the managers presence. He acknowledge what i experienced in the restaurant but he did apologize he says 'OH THE SPINACH IS PREPACKED SO HE DONT KNOW' . He didn't even offer me to move to a different seat and enjoy what was left of my unappetising meal but left me sitting in the rain while sitting in their establishment .no compensation
