APPALLING & OUTRAGEOUS SAND IN FOOD

One the 14 August 2015 when for a supper with my husband to Northgate branch ocean basket at around 8PM<br> Placed my order with Claude who was warm & friendly, only for everything to go extremely wrong ordered the Sea food platter for 2, 1 milk shake 1 garlic bread, Food looked very nice but came extremely Salty called the waiter and he then called his Manageress she came to our table advised her of the food she then said that she will change the platter fine, Platter then came with wrong fish she advise and his change the fish to the correct one, only to continue eating the Calamari head and the calamari tubes where covered in salty I called the ladies again by this time I was furious, I did not make a scene as there was other customers so I got her to sit on the with us and taste the food I did not tell her what was the problems she eat a few on the Calamari head & Tubes and said herself that here was sand in the food, I then paid for exactly what I eat and walked out restaurant. as paying client to have food of this quality is Appalling & outrageous, to receive service like that I suggest a proper manager contact me and you better have an answer for ME what a waste off Money.
