An absolute insult to ocean basket standards

2 weeks ago i visited ocean basket wonder park mall i was met with a rude tired waitress by the name of audrey i ordered a platter of prawns and grilled calamari firstly she got my order wrong instead of apologising she blames it on me i kept my cool and said its fine just make it a sit down instead of a tale away then the most shocking thing ive ever experienced at any restaurant let alone one of ocean basket standards she brought me the take away box a platter and a s**** and said dish it out yourself at this point i was fuming and some ugly words were said she grabs her hand bag and runs off i contact the manager who appologises and askes for my phone number so she can get to the bottom of this so i say to ocean basket in general not just ocean basket wonder park if that woman is not fired you have lost a customer for life a customer that spends over r200 a week in your stores so you decide whose more important to you im going there this evening and if i see that stupid woman im never eating at your franchises ever again thank you
