Absolute disregard towards their patrons and zero ethics or sympathy towards clients.

What an awful experience at the Ocean Basket in Blue Route Mall! The manager has a nasty attitude, a real bully. Before ordering the meal while standing outside, I asked if they were willing to let me sit outside the restaurant in the food court, the lady who takes clients into the restaurant said "no problem", I asked her if she could supply us with real knives and forks, she said "she would make an exception", once food arrived, I got only a fork, the fork had no strength and could bend like a soft pasta, the fork was so soft it eventually snapped in my hand, not only that, they didn't even give me a knife? I went into the restaurant and asked the manager if they could help me with a proper knife and fork, the manager refused to help, the lady who promised to supply the fork and knife stood there and when I challenged her on her promise, she outright denied it!!!?? What does the manager have the audacity to tell me then?... "She anyway answers to me, and can't make that decision alone". What absolute *****ed bunch that lot are.
