Occi Lodge - Sodwana No Sleep and No Service !! Wash you own plates and make your beds on Sunday .

We booked 2 nights 3 rooms with our 7 grandsons 2x8 yr 2x12 yr 2x14 yr and 1x16 yr -R5700.00 - Turtle egg expedition and charter fishing on Whale watcher ! Peter Jacobs Turtle Tours . Entertainment is extra !! 2 x nights we did not sleep !! Tavern next door boomed nite club music all Saturday midday and until 4am Sunday morning . We had to get up for fishing at 4,am No one slept ! Sunday No Staff to service the rooms ! No communication by Owner a young lady called Candice ! Monday the staff did arrived and told us Candice does not want to pay the staff Overtime for Sunday . We did complain but Candice said she has complained to SAPS but said nothing about it . Someone told me that the police do not react to any complaints . So a very pleasant weekend was spoilt and to crown it all Candice did not welcome us ! Or say goodby on Monday 9 am . Sad that young buisness owners nowadays are not aware of rules and regulations to be successful in the Accomodation buiness . Further Candice it totally ******** how this report I am making today will cost her so dearly !! I hope you learn a lesson !!
