Trying to make contact with owner, Bernadette of Occassions

<p>I am hoping that I can make contact with Bernadette, the owner of Occassions. Last weeek I wrote about my experience with her company and a dress that I was trying to return. I have since had a phone call from the owner and have tried a second time to contact her through her website- with no response- hence this mail.
