Refuse refund, really!

<p>Bought a "Mother of the Bride" dress, but Bride and sisters think, "You look like you stepped out of an old age home" and, ,"Why you wearing a curtain"? I hot- footed it back to Occassions in Constantia Village to be told they do not do refunds. I do not have money to give away on a dress I shall now never wear and there was nothing else suitable in store, but no refund- only a credit. Is this legal? Surely, they want to have good customer relations- I shan't go back there in a hurry! Please advise? Lynne</p>
