Terrible customer service

Purchased an evening gown on friday the15/04 2016. Took it home and showed it to husband who did not like it at all and asked me to return it. I called the shop the same day and forewarned them. Took it back on sunday morning,intact with price tag and in the original bag and was met with aggression and was told that there are no refunds or exchanges. THAT SHOULD BE ADVISED TO THE CUSTOMER AT TIME OF PURCHASE!! Tried to find something else fitting and luckily found one dress but which needed alterations ALSO NOT PROVIDED!! The original dress costed 8999:- but was given a discount of 999:- Dress number two costed 9999;- and I was told I had to pay 1999;- on top a bit of a cheek plus that they made me hang around making a fuss about the dress I had originally taken pretending it was a bit wrinkly etc.... which was all nonsense to make me pay the extra cash. With all this nonsense and bad attitude I will never ever set my foot in there nore will I recommend the place to anyone wanting an evening gown. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE.
