Shocking service and quality

I would like to lodge a complaint against the store Occassions. They were extremely rude! You do not speak to your customers that way! A lady by the name of Mandi and I ended up having a screaming match in the store. The quality of work was SHOCKING for what they charged me! They do not explain the T’s & C’s. I have requested the owners details twice and still I have not had a reply. I have since heard that I am not the only client who is unhappy with their service. I intend taking the matter further in order to get my money back, and they can have the dress back to try and sell for R2500.00!! NEVER!

I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THEM AGAIN! NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES! TAKING CUSTOMERS MONEY & RUINING SPECIAL DAYS FOR PEOPLE!
