I want my money back

Paid full for a ****ind dress. Then I was later told I couldn't buy I could only rent it and I will b refunded with the difference.of which it was R1500. And the other R1000 was gonna be used for security money.o f which I did. That was November 2014. 4 months later I haven't received any sort of payment. Tried call her. She doesn't respond. She even blocked me on whatsapp.i den smsed heron January 2015 she told me she deposit de money once her accountant returned to work. Of which she failed to keep her promise.to top it all she is rude. She stole my ****ing pictures and uploaded them on her facebook. Wat kind of business is she running? Ripping poor people of their hard earned money. <br> <br> I want my money. Or give me de damn dress since I paid full for it.
