A true ripoff!!!

<p>I had a dress made @ Occasions Canal Walk for my daughters matric dance. When we went to the shop the first time to see Trudie - who we had an appointment with - we were told we can speak to one of the other girls as Trudie will not be making the dress. My daughter knew exactly what she wanted and even provide them with photos. We went back for the meassurements to be taken and a sample of the chosen material and lace were stapled to the design with all our details on. When we went for the first fitting there were patches of lace stitched to the dress but not the lace she wanted. We were told our lace will not work as it does not have enough stretch. We told them that we were not happy with the patches lace (Bernadette does not remember any of this conversation) and want the whole top covered with lace. They agreed to fix it and made me pay the balance of the dress. When we went to fetch the dress nothing has been done about the lace and when I said I was not happy Bernadette became quite agressive and rude. The ugliest dress in the shop cost me R8000.</p>
