OCCASSION SHINER CATERING

On the 22 of Feb 2020 we had used this hiring company for their Deco Products eg..Tables,under plates ,table cloths and cutlery we had made a Deposit payment in December and paid the rest of the cost in Jan the company delivered their products on the 21st which was a Friday and there was load shedding after 8pm we had not checked the products since it was Dark if they were in Good order . On the day of the payment we had paid a EXTRA R2000 for any loss or DAMAGE OF GOODS there was no TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Today on the 06th of March we have received an additional Bill that we need to Pay another R315 FOR LOST AND DAMAGED GOODS so the extra fee is R2,315 .On the day of payment we were NEVER informed of ANY ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS ( we were told the the R2000 will cover for any LOSS OR DAMAGE OF PRODUCTS now we are over billed by the Catering Company WHY? I called them to confirm the Extra charge without any Terms & conditions i had no proper explanation
