Torn rolling paper packaged in between the pack

In the last 2 months I purchased 8 packs or rolling paper and out of those I have 10 torn pieces that's torn within the the pack. I have a video showing how the torn one is packaged with the normal one. Absolutely disappointed to say the least. Can't even contact customers services as their website crashes!
