Very poor workmanship and poor after sales assistance

Good morning my name is Sizwe sipho, I reside at house no:1032 Inanda glebe in Inanda, in 2019 December I had awards Jhon from PAVING TECHNIQUES T/a oc-sons construction construction work at at my property to the value of R165000.00 There were many challenges met while he was busy with my project, my pool was flooded 4times during which he had promised to through and clean and never did. Early January this year he completed the paving and drainage at home. Two months later I called him notifying him that his drainage has a problem and water still goes and floods my pool, since then I have called the pool company to come and clean my pool and drain over 45000ltrs of water every time. This guy is really unprofessional and in my opinion is very rude. I’ve spoken with my lawyer and I’ve agreed to sue him for all damages that I’ have incured during the time waiting for him.
