OC RENTAL

I am a tenant at a immune rented out by OC Rental. We have been struggling with the WiFi for 2 months, have notified the company yet there has been no action taken. Considering the fact that we are students I think this company does this on purpose and has no care whatsoever that it is assignment and exam season . The next step that I will be taking is reporting them to a Rental Ombudsmen since they do not want to do anything with this matter.
