No warning that my tenants are leaving and that no new tenants had been enlisted

<p>OC rentals manages the mandate for a property I own in Pretoria. At the end of 2016 I recieved no notification that the tenants would be moving out and that OC rentals had not in fact found a new tenant for the unit. Upon querying this the respobse was "We are sorry, did you not recieve an email?". This is terrible service and affects the investment I have in the propery!</p>
