OBSID: Acts of Harassment and False ******** Profiling

On numerous occasions members of your organization has followed me, photographed my person and vehicle, and displayed ************ tactics to run me out of the area. Actions which started out covertly, have evolved from flashing me with harsh bright lights, aggressive facial expressions, following me and stopping where I stationed my vehicle to seemingly pretend as though having business around me, whilst taking photos of my vehicle and person.

Yesterday, the 27th December 2024, whilst taking a walk in the area, an OBSID patrolling vehicle drove around the block four times whilst photographing me. This harassment has been relentless, and baseless, because if suspicions were valid why have this gone on for so long??? Which makes me think, why?? To what end? It makes me question the agenda behind such operations at large, and if the leadership is incentivising such ******* activities, as a means to enforce social, and economic boundaries and barriers between peoples.

For the past three months OBSID and associated neighborhood watch patrolling officers has harassed me relentlessly, also employing bullying and ************ tactics, whilst I was out, going about my business in the Observatory area.

The first notable incident occurred when I was sitting in a park, where an OBSID foot patrol officer advised me that the park was reserved for dog walkers only and that I should vacate the premises immediately. He made threats by stating that another person "like me", had resisted to leave the "park reserved for dogs" and a resident had proceeded to put his dog on the man, and that I should be careful that the same doesn"t happen to me. He was visibly annoyed that I had even dared to question the legitimacy of a "dog park", and stating that it is a public space for all members of the public. He then proceeded to take photographs of my vehicle and person without my knowledge and consent, photographs that would start a period of being spied on, intimidated, and harassed for months!!! I since came in contact with this same officer who handled an electronic shock device, sparking the device in my direction as if to insight fear and ************.

As a resident of the area I've been to this park numerous times without any bother. After this inficent, driving or on foot movement in Observatory has been made extremely uncomfortable for me by your officers, which now has transformed into explicit harassment and false ******** profiling.

I ask that you inform your officers to immediately stop their harassments; following me, photographing me and my vehicle, and infringing on my constitutional right of free movement. The way they are operating is highly *******, and since they have been at it for so long without any consequence, makes me question their leadership.

What is further disturbing is why these acts and behaviours are being incentivised by their leadership. I am disgusted to think how many of the defenseless and homeless are having their constitutional freedoms and basic rights compromised and violated by people who thrive on the ignorance of these peoples.
