Poor management and service

The founder of OBS REALTY who happens to also work/manage GYMPIE ENTERPRISES PTY LTD is refusing to pay me back my deposit. After months of poor service and management of GYMPIE VILLAGE in Woodstock, Cape Town characterised by his unwillingness to address issues raised by tenants the nightmare which is RONALD TAIT has followed me even after I have moved out.

After numerous attempts to seek clarity about my deposit I was rather met with an attitude, threats and unprofessional behaviour from this man and his staff.
