BAD SERVICE FROM O'BRIEN'S JEWELERS PAROW

I am deeply upset with the service of company. They are not honest people and treat their customers as if they *****. I purchased a chain from them and 2 weeks it turned black. I went for a refund and I was told it has to be done via EFT and that the money would be paid out in seven working days. During this time we received a call to say they think it's the stuff that it was cleaned with that made the chain turn black. The seven days passed still no refund, we were phoned to say it was not processed we must come in and re do everything and wait another seven days. The manager was not helpful at all and made me and my husband *****. She could not givee proper answers to my questions at all. This is by fair the poorest and baddest service we have received ever. The manager in my opinion is not s****ed do deal with clients. Please be careful
