Shoppers beware - ****

I was convinced to try out some products at the Obey Your Body shop in Fourways Mall. I am very uncomfortable with a hard sell and becpme quite anxious. i tried the products which actually seemed to be quite good. The sales person then made an offer and said that the purchase could be made over 24 months which seemed reasonable. When we started the transaction I realised it was a budget transaction which my bank does not allow. The sales peson argued with me that this was the case and the bank would honour the request (which of course I knew they would not). I was very upset by this and the sales person then said that the transaction would be reversed and the money would reflect back in my account within 3 days. Of course here we are 8 days later and the money has banked into their account but unsurprisingly it has not reversed back to me. I would like to know if this company routinely ****s their customers (as it seems to be the case if you check on the internet) and when I can expect my refund.
