Obey your body company are con artists

On 1 June 2015 I bought a package deal at the Menlyn Store. The sales lady was Dorin. She said the deal was as follows:<br> <br> I would get products free of charge for the next two years when I ran out, I would get 24 facials over the two years and 10 make up sessions when I needed over the next two years. I paid a once off of R8600.00.<br> <br> I told her I live in Cape Town and she said that that is not a problem I can get everything in Cape Town and the deal will apply at the canal walk branch. I just needed to speak to Mike to organise everything.<br> <br> I went to the canal walk branch and the lady I spoke to said Mike no longer runs that branch as they have been taken over. She also said they don't know anything about such a package. <br> <br> I decided that I didn't want this package as Cape Town don't seem to offer this and I asked for my money back. <br> <br> Customer services said they would not be able to do this and offered 50% refund. This company used direct marketing to sell their products to me which enables me to get a refund during the 5 day cooling off period. They said they would not refund me as required. They are con artists who use ********* tactics to sell their products.
