Jean pierre hair iron waste of money

I purchased a Jean pierre hair iron from Obey Your Body store at gateway shopping centre, the product that was used on my hair in store was different than the product in the box i purchased. When I went back after 3 hours after time of purchase to return the Jean pierre hair iron the salesman refused to give me a refund at first so I called centre management and complained there after the salesman got in contact with the manager who told me that a refund will be done and that I should send an email with my banking details and proof of purchase to ********** but I have yet to receive any email or correspondence from anyone. I would never recommended anyone to buy any of the products from Obey Your Body. Especially the Jean pierre hair iron.
