Dont buy products from Obey your Body

Ok Obey your Body opened a store in Heidelberg mall. The people there sweet talked us into buying products for R14000. This is now facial products. Apparently you have 24 months facials for free and whenever your products are finished you can go and refill. The store did not last 6 months, and now if you want to get your products you need to travel 100+km. This is definitely not worth R14000 to still travel after your goods. This Matt assured us that there will never be a problem. So I phoned their Head Office in Cape Town, and not really help there either. Just advised me to travel 100km to get my products. Can't even assist with phone numbers of there branches. I have to google it. I would think that they must refund me or they must courier the products to me. If you don't have means to travel 100km surely they can make a plan after they made so much out of one person. Know of a lot of people that bought from them. People don't buy from them, this is now the 2nd time I have been caught with this. I think I learned my lesson. This is just not on! Surely they must assist. Matt the alleged CEO according to him cellphone is always on voice mail.
