Mechanical issues

I took my car to be fixed (water fault) at OBD motors in pietermaritzburg, the owner says he fixed my car and I paid close to R2000. 00 and a few days later took it back to him because the water fault was still there and not fixed he then fixed it again and there was something else wrong to which he said would cost me R2800. 00 and I said no wait and got someone else to look at it which they fixed for under R500. 00. 2 months later and the water fault is still there when my husband went to speak to the owner he was very rude so my husband left his shop and came back to me. Then the owner of OBD motors came to my shop and started getting rude in my store. He then threatened my husband telling him to come back to his workshop so he can show him something. Challenging my husband to a fight. My husband left it. The owner then called me and started asking me what's going. At the end of the day I have paid for a service and my car has still got a water problem. Customer service is a big issue and the owner is very rude.
