TERRIBLE SERVICE , THE WORST!!!

The worst shopping experience. I visited OBC Katlehong crossing branch on 3 November 2023. I had gone to look for fish which I did not find so I left. As I was leaving I decided to use the exit through an empty till since I had bought anything. The till was blocked with a trolley, so I moved the trolley to make way and when I tried to put it back I struggled as the trolley was faulty, so I left it there. The security guard then told to put it back in it's position and I explained to him that the trolley was faulty and then he said that I should never set foot on the premises again. When I went to management to complain, I was there was nothing they could do. I then wrote an email to OBC in November 2023 and to this day, no reply from them.
