I went on the above store to buy drinks,still water i ce cream.I applaud you OBC Group for going all out of your way to look for rude cashier such as Rethabile at Bambanani Mall.the lady i think she just there to collect wages doesn't care about OBC service standards thats if you have.apparently she lacks corporate manners and sadly she is at your frontline as a cashier ,firstline of contact with customers.

i took items and when it is my turn to pay,i told her to add i cream cup because i know you have to pay first and produce a receipt at the ice cream machine operator.she never told me the ice cream is finished she just through my change on the till point floor ,after some couple minutes i asked are you done with my transaction,she ignored me looking at the other side,saying i told ice cream is finished in a very rude manner. she has no sense of customer service,no respect for customers,dont care attitude,no smile,untidy till point.

But thanks to her,from now on i wont waste my time,my money by going to your store,and i will block your sms from my cellphone advertising "specials" your competitor Roots Butcher is all over Diepsloot if not across the country.
